Step 1: Log In to hPanel #
- Visit ozspeed.com.au and click on “Client Login”.
- Enter your credentials (email and password) to access the hPanel Dashboard.
Step 2: Access Auto-Installer Settings #
- In the hPanel Dashboard, navigate to “Website” > “Auto Installer”.
- Click on “Manage Installations” to view your list of installed applications.
Step 3: Check WordPress Installation Status #
- Look for your WordPress installation in the list.
- If you don’t see your WordPress site listed, it might not be correctly recognized by hPanel. In this case, click “Add Existing Installation”.
How to Add Existing Installation: #
- Click “Scan for Installations”. hPanel will automatically detect any WordPress installations in your account.
- Select your WordPress site from the detected list and click “Add”.
Step 4: Enable WordPress Overview #
- Go back to the Website section in hPanel.
- Click on “WordPress Overview”. If the section is not visible, it may need to be activated manually.
- Click on “Enable WordPress Overview” or toggle the switch to activate it.
Tip: #
- If you do not see an option to enable the section, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
Step 5: Verify the WordPress Overview Activation #
- Once enabled, navigate back to the Website section and click on “WordPress Overview”.
- You should now see a dashboard with options for managing updates, monitoring site health, and configuring security settings.
Step 6: Troubleshoot Common Issues #
If the WordPress Overview section is still not visible, try the following:
Method 1: Update hPanel #
- Go to Settings > hPanel Version.
- Click “Check for Updates” and apply any available updates.
Method 2: Reinstall the Auto-Installer Plugin #
- In the Auto Installer settings, select your WordPress site and click “Uninstall Auto Installer Plugin”.
- Click “Reinstall Plugin” to ensure hPanel correctly integrates with your WordPress installation.
Additional Tips: #
- Enable Auto-Updates: In the WordPress Overview, turn on auto-updates for plugins and themes to keep your site secure.
- Contact Support: If you are unable to enable the WordPress Overview, reach out to OzSpeed Support via the Support Center for assistance.
- Clear Cache: If changes do not take effect immediately, clear your browser cache or try accessing hPanel in Incognito Mode.
