Follow these steps to quickly access and review your hosting plan details:
Step 1: Log In to Your OzSpeed Dashboard #
- Go to ozspeed.com.au.
- Click on “Client Login” at the top right of the homepage.
- Enter your registered email and password to access your Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to “My Services” #
- In the Dashboard, click on the “My Services” tab. This section lists all the services you have subscribed to.
- Here, you will see a summary of your active hosting plans.
Step 3: Click on Your Hosting Plan #
- Select the hosting plan you want to view. Click on the plan name or the “Manage” button next to it.
- This will take you to the detailed view of your hosting plan.
Step 4: Review Your Hosting Plan Details #
In the detailed view, you can see:
- Plan Name (e.g., Starter Plan, Smart Biz Plan, Cloud Startup Plan)
- Storage and Bandwidth (e.g., 10 GB NVMe storage, 100 GB bandwidth)
- Renewal Date and billing cycle
- Any additional services or add-ons (e.g., SSL certificates, CDN services)
Step 5: Need to Upgrade or Modify Your Plan? #
- If you need more resources, click on the “Upgrade/Downgrade” button to explore available options.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to modify your plan.

- Can’t Find Your Plan? Double-check that you are logged in with the correct email address associated with your account.
- Details Not Showing? Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
